1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Neroclenevex ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a professional cleaning service provider registered in Canada (Registration Number: 41516263).
By accessing our website at neroclenevex.com, using our services, or engaging with our company in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Description
Neroclenevex provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Toronto, Canada, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Regular maintenance cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Window washing
- Post-construction cleanup
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- Specialized cleaning services as agreed upon
Specific service details, scope, duration, and pricing will be confirmed in individual service agreements or quotes provided to customers.
3. Service Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Process

3.2 Confirmation
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Neroclenevex. We will provide written or verbal confirmation of your appointment, including date, time, services to be performed, and pricing.
3.3 Changes and Cancellations
Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
3.4 Access to Property
Customers must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If access cannot be provided, this will be treated as a customer cancellation and may incur applicable fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Fees
Service fees are determined based on:
- Type and scope of cleaning service
- Property size and condition
- Special requirements or requests
- Frequency of service (one-time vs. recurring)
- Travel distance if outside our standard service area
4.2 Quotes and Estimates
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from initial assessments. We will inform customers of any price changes before proceeding with services.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

4.4 Referral Discount Program
Our referral program offers a 20% discount on services when you refer a new customer who books and completes a service. Terms and conditions of the referral program:
- Discount applies to the referring customer's next service

- Discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
4.5 Late Payment
Overdue payments may incur late fees of 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and safe service delivery, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about property size, condition, and special requirements
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before service
- Ensure a safe working environment free from hazards
- Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special access requirements
- Disclose any known health hazards (mold, asbestos, biohazards, etc.)
- Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning operations
- Communicate any specific concerns or priorities before service begins
6. Our Responsibilities and Service Standards
Neroclenevex commits to:
- Provide professional, trained, and background-checked staff
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Respect customer property and privacy
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information
- Provide services in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly
- Maintain appropriate business insurance
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide specific details about areas of concern
- We will arrange to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge
- If issues persist, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
This guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from customer negligence, failure to follow care instructions, or conditions beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Damage to Property
While we take utmost care in providing our services, Neroclenevex is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or surfaces
- Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed by the customer
- Damage resulting from underlying structural or material defects
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage to items specifically excluded from cleaning
For any damage claims, customers must notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the service fee for that specific appointment.
8.2 Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged valuables. Customers should secure jewelry, cash, important documents, and other valuables before our arrival.
8.3 Third-Party Products
We are not liable for adverse reactions to cleaning products, including those provided by customers or allergic reactions, unless caused by our negligence.
9. Insurance and Indemnification
Neroclenevex maintains appropriate business liability insurance. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neroclenevex, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Customer's failure to disclose hazardous conditions
- Customer's negligence or misuse of cleaned areas
- Third-party claims related to customer property
- Violations of these Terms by the customer
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Neroclenevex or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship:
- By providing written notice as specified in individual service agreements
- Immediately for cause, including breach of these Terms
- For recurring services, either party may cancel with appropriate notice
Upon termination, customer remains responsible for payment of services already rendered.
13. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing litigation.
13.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and Canada. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of New Brunswick.
14. Force Majeure
Neroclenevex is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather conditions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government actions or restrictions
- Labor disputes
- Equipment failures
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
